Before consulting, he led Investor Relations for GMN Capital and earned President's Club recognition at FranklinCovey.
Today, he helps senior leaders develop the qualities that drive real impact and create conditions where people flourish rather than merely perform.
Ron is currently developing the Quantum Leadership Series, an applied framework that draws on systems thinking to prepare leaders and organizations for the era ahead, positioning this discipline not as a future abstraction but as a practical leadership tool available now. He is also the creator of Leadership Interior Calibration (LIC), a research-based framework grounded in direct work with C-suite executives across multiple continents. LIC maps a pattern Ron observed repeatedly across high-performing leaders: the same strengths that built their careers begin to work against them under pressure.
